Bogdan is a promoter of social banking, having a banking experience of over 20 years, of which over ten years in top management positions. The experience in the banking system was also supplemented with relevant experience in the field of microfinance and non-governmental organizations. He now holds member positions on the boards of Directors of some financial banking institutions. He is also executive Director of the Roma Entrepreneurship Development Fund Luxembourg. It passionately devotes much of its time to the creation of financial instruments that contribute to easier access for social economy operators to finance.
