About the project
The project aims to strengthen the capacity of social entrepreneurs and social economy organizations through an integrated package of consultancy, counseling, and personalized mentoring, complemented by nationwide information and education activities. The initiative is supported by a broad communication and promotion campaign, designed to foster the sustainable development of the social economy in Romania and to promote inclusion, innovation, and social responsibility within the entrepreneurial environment.
Objectives
- Strengthening the capacity of social entrepreneurs and social economy organizations in drafting and implementing business plans, sustainability strategies, communication, and social impact.
- Providing tailored consultancy, mentoring, and counseling services.
- Promoting the exchange of best practices and disseminating information through webinars and nationwide communication campaigns.
Impact
The project supports beneficiaries in developing the skills to design and implement business plans and social impact strategies, offering them autonomy and resilience while increasing their chances of attracting funding, building partnerships, and generating positive changes in communities. The results go beyond the implementation period, contributing to the long-term strengthening of Romania’s social economy. Over time, the initiative fosters the creation of an active and collaborative network of social entrepreneurs and organizations, capable of responding to community needs and leveraging resources for scaling and sustainability.
