Manuela is one of those who founded the Foundation alongside you Romania, having a professional experience of 22 years within the organization where she currently holds the position of director of European programs. He has developed numerous social, educational and entrepreneurial programs, with expertise in areas such as Project management, Social Economy, training, public procurement and Social Finance. She provided mentoring for 37 social enterprises within the Social Enterprise Accelerator program and contributed to the creation of the first social economy cluster in Romania, which has the role of ensuring the sustainability of the sector. Manuela also contributed to the development of the first non – bank financial institution in Romania with private capital, dedicated exclusively to financing the social economy sector - AFIN IFN SA-where she is part of the organization management.
